If your machine has following problems, try to fix it out by instruction. If you need more support please contact local distributors and after sales service department.

 
 
SYMPTOM POSSIBLE PROBLEM SOLUTION

No sound output 1. System is not connected to the wall outlet.
2. The speaker cables are not connected with the output connectors.
3. The power is not turned ON.
 1. Check with the power plug.
2. Check the speaker cables.
3. Make sure the power switch located on the back panel is on

Distortion occurred when in high volume The sound device has high level signal output Turn down the master volume of the system; Turn down audio device's overall volume.

No surround sound effect when choosing
DVD/5.1 output mode 		The audio setting of the DVD player Make sure that the audio setting of the DVD player is 5.1 CH

Remote control not working 1. Between remote control and infrared sensor there objects.
2. Battery is run out 		1. Remove the objects
2. Replace new battery
